Unconventional Superconductivity


We investigate superconductivity
  • nearby metal-insulator transitions

  • adjacent to magnetic phases

  • in materials considered as candidates for triplet pairing (see figure on the right)

The Cooper pairs in a superconductor can form either a singlet (S=0, top) or a triplet (S=1, bottom) spin state.
